We use the information you provide about yourself only to process an invoice. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete payment.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We may, in the future, publish electronic newsletters or offer various promotions.  In which case, we would send them to your registered email address blindly. We will never send out email blasts with a long list of emails in the "To" or "CC" address line.

You decide whether or not to use our on-line customer portal. If you provide your email to us, we will use it to email invoices and notify you in advance of your blanket delivery. Included in the electronic email, and in the email message, is a link to a secure portal provided through Intuit Business Solutions. If you choose to pay online, you create and manage your own account. This is NOT part of Hoofbeat Blankets website.

Finally, we never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

You can access all your personally identifiable information by logging into your account. Access to this area is password protected. No credit card information is kept in the online site. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can also correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that shows the error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
