Our regular drop-off and pick-up locations are listed below. We also stop at private equestrian centers, boarding facilities, and homes along the way - and these are not listed here. We will pick-up and deliver for a minimum of 5 blankets at your location too! If you don't see a location convenient for you, or to arrange pickup, please call (206) 390-0016. More coming soon...
PLEASE, out of consideration for our retail drop off locations, bring your blankets already packaged in a plastic bag or equivalent. These retailers are kind enough to provide this service and they do not have bags or tags available and are not responsible for your mess. Please bring your blankets to them already packaged up and labeled. Thank you!

And to prove it, we offer our 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our service or products, please return it to us as soon as possible, and we will work really hard to make it right!
Not only that, but we offer a ONE WEEK GUARANTEE. If we are unable to perform the requested service and return your items back it to you within one week, we won't charge you!
No other service offers these guarantees. When you open your returned items from us, we want you to remember how much fun it was when you first purchased your blanket. This is our mission - and we take it seriously!
Prices effective September 1, 2011. We will continue to honor our policy of no hidden charges such as gas surcharge or delivery/dropoff fees.

We use Nikwax Rug Cleaner - did you know that "Rug" is also a term used for horse blanket?
Our machines are huge! They have to be. Have you ever tried washing a equine blanket after a Northwest rain storm?
Weatherproofing (Waterproofing)..... $13.00
We use Nikwax Rug Proof - this is the same product REI sells for all outdoor gear! A good rule of thumb is to waterproof your horse blankets once a year.
Sheets & Coolers ..... $9.00 to $10.00 depending on size

Saddle pads, specialty items, sleeping bags, tents... we do it all!
Laundry Load ..... $13.00
Often we can clean slinky's, shipping boots, and/or light tack in one load for effeciency and economy. To qualify, roughly fill a tall kitchen sized garbage bag. Call for details.
Blanket Repair ..... $8.00 minimum
We call you for approval on all blanket repairs over the minimum amount before doing any work.
Clipper Blade Sharpening ..... $9.00 small/$11.00 large

From an emailed invoice to payment in just a few clicks!
For your convenience, you can pay your invoices online through our secure Customer Portal. Using this method, you will be notified when your blankets will arrive via email message with your electronic invoice attached (go green!). Payments can be made and reviewed online, following the secure link embeded on your invoice, or click here.
For your peace of mind, the Customer Portal, login/account information, and payments are managed and processed through one of the largest on-line credit card processing centers in the U.S., so your privacy and security is ensured. We can not retain (or lose!) your credit card information because it is not provided to us!
Barn managers will especially enjoy this no-hassle service for your absentee clientele.
